A tragic incident occurred in the Aligarh district of Uttar Pradesh, India, where a 14-year-old boy died of a heart attack while practicing running. The incident took place on Friday (November 29) in Sirauli village.
According to a report by NDTV on Sunday (December 1), the boy, identified as Mohit Chaudhary, was practicing running for a school sports competition. His friends were also running alongside him at the time.
Mohit completed two rounds of running with his friends but collapsed shortly afterward. His friends informed his family, and he was rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead. Mohit's school sports competition was scheduled for December 7.
Police revealed that Mohit's father had passed away in a road accident last August.
This is not an isolated incident in Aligarh. Last month, in a similar case, a 20-year-old woman named Mamta from Arana village died of a heart attack while running.

Over the past 25 days in Aligarh, at least three more people have suffered cardiac arrests. These include a 9-year-old girl from Lodinagar who experienced a heart attack while playing and a doctor who died of cardiac arrest while preparing for work in the same area.
Additionally, on November 20, Syed Barakat Haider, the son of former Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) Vice-Chancellor S.M. Afzal, passed away due to a heart attack.
In another case from September, a 9-year-old student in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, died of cardiac arrest while playing at school. According to the school, the girl suddenly lost consciousness on the playground. She was rushed to a hospital, where doctors pronounced her dead.
